The students and leaders at BCMS would like to continue our community unity project to positively impact Breckinridge County charities and build community pride. On the first Wednesday of each month, we would like to promote a “We care” Wednesday. On this day each month, all community members would be asked to wear a special t-shirt. Employees would be allowed a “free dress” day with the t-shirt on that Wednesday. Our vision is that our entire community would be unified and all wearing the same shirt one day each month.

We are asking for your business or organization to participate with us. All you would need to do is complete an order form to purchase a t-shirt or a long sleeve shirt. The t-shirts will cost $12 (add $2 for 2XL & 3XL shirts), $7 will pay for the cost of the shirt, and the other $5 will be split between five local charities: The Good Samaritan Center, Breckinridge County Pocket Full of Hope, Breckinridge County Animal Shelter, Breckinridge County Special Olympics, and the Chamber’s Community Park Project. This means your $12 (add $2 for 2XL & 3XL) will purchase a community t-shirt and support five local charities!  The long sleeve shirt will cost $15 (add $2 for 2XL & 3XL), $10 will pay for the cost of the shirt, and the other $5 will be split between the five local charities.

Students and leaders from BCMS will collect the order forms, place the orders, sort the orders, and deliver the shirts back to you. Our board office will take care of the donations to the charities.  We feel it will teach our students many skills and benefit them through service learning.

We hope you will consider being a part of this community unity project. We are very proud to live, work, and go to school in Breckinridge County!
